    Claims policies:

US residents have up to 3 months from publication date to claim a missed issue. Nonresidents have up to 6 months from publication date to claim a missed issue. Once the claim timeframe has lapsed, the issue will need to be purchased as a back issue (at one fourth of the subscription rate per issue). Subscribers/members can only claim 3 issues per calendar year, but only one free claim per issue. Claims should be initiated after two weeks from the publication date for US residents and after three weeks from publication date for nonresidents in order to allow adequate time for delivery. Claims for damaged issues can be made upon receipt. The publisher reserves the right to require return of the damaged issue or evidence of damage before honoring such claims.

    Cancellation policy:

Cancellations are accepted if made prior to the submission of the mailing list to our printer for the first issue of the year (which is usually a few weeks prior to publication date).
